Sir Bruno Serato arrived in the U.S. from his native Italy speaking no English with only $200 in his pocket. But it’s his work with children that has earned him an international reputation. Serato launched the nonprofit in 2005 after he and his mother, Caterina, visited a local Boys and Girls Club. There, they saw a 7-year-old boy eating a bag of potato chips and when she learned that the snack was all he had for dinner, she instructed her son to head back to the restaurant and feed the children pasta.Through Caterina’s Club, he has done so each day since and today feeds some 3,500 children daily. He has extended his mission by moving these “motel families” into permanent housing. While many of the families are working and able to pay the monthly rent for their own apartments, they cannot afford the first, last and security deposit required at the onset. He has already helped hundreds of families escape motel living by finding them apartments of their own and their lives have improved considerably.

His newest endeavor is working with the Anaheim School District to establish the Hospitality Program, which seeks to divert high school students from gangs and other bad influences by teaching them about the food, hospitality and service industries. The students receive hands-on experience and even paid internships in these areas so that they can explore careers in the field following graduation.

For his humanitarian work, Serato has earned international publicity including profiles in People Magazine, “CBS Evening News” and newspapers and magazines the world over. I am a long-time “business-to-business” Marketing professional and I operate as a “fractional CMO.” That means I function as the head of Marketing for several companies (and am always looking for the next one.) My background is in the marketing and management of B2B products and services, including 20+ years at the CMO/Vice President level. This experience took place in the Fortune 500 and down to start-up situations. I know how to create or adjust the strategy, develop the marketing plan, recruit the team and direct the execution.

Much of what I have done has been technology-related, but I do get involved in other B2B areas. I recently started working with Slidetown, a service aimed at marketing professionals. This is an exciting project that I’m a founder of. But I have other clients, such as an international Interim Executive firm and an industrial cybersecurity firm.

Adam has authored several patents and technical publications, and is also a frequent speaker on Diamond Semiconductor & Clean Technology. As a result of his award winning research, which he began as an electrical engineering student at age 19, Adam is inventor of the Miraj Diamond® Platform. Adam has also served as a speaker and expert witness to a variety of Federal bodies, including the U.S. House Space, Science, & Technology Committee and the U.S. Department of Energy. Nick Mardon

Nick Mardon is a professional musician from Seattle, Washington.  He performs throughout the northwest as a songwriter and bandleader as well as being a session musician, sideman, and private instructor. Nick performs, records, and teaches Guitar, Bass, Drums, and Vocals in nearly every genre of music, from Jazz to Hard Rock. 

Nick has a wide range of influences from singer-songwriters like Elliot Smith, John Mayer, or Nick Drake to fusion instrumentalists like Eric Johnson and Robben Ford.  In his original music, Nick touches on many genres with distinguished melodic style and instrumental energy. 

Nick plays hundreds of gigs annually with many different groups and styles ranging from jazz to metal. Nick has performed at The Paramount Theater, The Moore Theater, The Everett Historic Theatre, The Hard Rock Cafe, Marymoor Park, Highway 99 Blues Club, Capp’s Club as well as hundreds of other festivals, clubs, bars, wineries.  ​Nick currently performs with The Nick Mardon Trio and has previously performed with Melissa Etheridge, Robert Glasper, Ayron Jones, Geoffrey Castle,  Randy Oxford, James and Montgomery, Andy and the Architects, Jesse James and the MOB, Bad Idea, Small Town Soul Band, Richard Allen and the Louisiana Experience, Pellegrini, Megan Moreau, The Max Cannella Trio, JNAII, and The Alison Banchero Band.

Maria Elena Infantino

Maria Elena Infantino, Is an International Singer and Actress, who speaks 5 languages ( Italian, English, French, Spanish, and Bulgarian) fluently . She’s half Italian and half Bulgarian, and grew up in Rome, Italy.

She graduated in acting in London at ALRA ( Academy of Live and Recorded Arts) in 2010 . Interestingly though, her first job out of Drama School, was at the Royal Albert hall, singing her rendition of “Do you want to know a secret” for the 50th Beatles Anniversary, starring Dame Shirley Bassey.

She then debuted as a professional actress on the ITV British series “Emmerdale”.

Following that, in January 2011, she hosted and produced her one woman show in the West End, at the Leicester Square Theatre , as a tribute to her famous father, the tenor Luigi Infantino, performing her father’s song , from “The Godfather part 2” .

That same year she was nominated for the 21st annual L.A. Music Awards as best International artist.

Subsequently she created her one woman show on legendary French Icon, Edith Piaf , which premiered in Los Angeles at the Marilyn Monroe Theatre, at the Lee Strasberg Institute. Among the many success that this show generated for Ms Infantino, is the inauguration on June 12th of the Piaf and Miles Davis forever stamp , celebrating the French Artist’s 50th Anniversary, at the Rubin Museum in New York.

2012-2017 credits include: -3 consecutive years at the Jimmy Kimmel San Gennaro Festival in Hollywood, -special guest appearance on Broadway’s 92Y, for legendary Mike Stoller’s ( Lieber & Stoller )celebration, alongside Ben E. King -her Piaf show at the acclaimed Grammy Museum, and at the Metropolitan room in NYC, -Singing at Palazzo della Cancelleria , on Vatican premises, with Maestro Andrea Morricone in 2016 and then with Maestro Umberto Scipione in 2017.

These past few years have seen her in the role of associate producer and actress in various films such as: “Job’s Daughter” where she played alongside Eric Roberts and Corey Feldman. “The Secret of Joy” , a wonderful project filled with celebrities such as Doris Roberts, Maria Conchita Alonso, Thaao Penghlis , and Sofia Milos. A short film that will help raise further awareness in pediatric cancer. “Los 86” a movie shot in Caracas/Venezuela . “The Admired ” where she won the award of merit for best supporting actress.

She has monthly shows at Vibrato, in Bel Air, and Sofitel in Beverly Hills. Maria Elena is also involved in charity events for ALS awareness, and is on the Board of Advisory Directors for “Caterina’s club” founded by CNN hero, Chef Bruno Serato, who feeds 1.500 US unprivileged kids a day!
